And so we are building on our foundation in order to achieve new high goals together. For the coming winter, we were looking internally for a managing director to join us in tackling the next challenges.

With Beat Gautschi we found a very good and fitting personality from the existing team. He will take up his position at Prime Mountain Sports GmbH on 1 July 2018.

As a career changer, he brings a healthy portion of “external perspective”, which makes a pleasant “questioning” possible. He knows Prime from the instructor’s point of view and will now use his skills and experience to develop Prime into a year-round operation.
Combined with his skills as managing director, he brings the tools to master the coming challenges together with the existing team.
Together with Executive Board members Denise Rohrer (Head of Administration) and Chris Oldaker (Technical Director), they form a three-person team for the management of Prime. Together with the snow sports instructors / bike guides and office staff we make a “prime time” possible for all involved.

We look forward to a successful collaboration with Beat Gautschi and wish him much success and pleasure in his new position as well as a prime time.
