Our meeting points in the Engelberg-Titlis and Klostermatt-Brunni ski areas
We always meet at specific points in the ski area. To make it easier for you to locate these meeting points, here are descriptions and instructions on how to find them. The numbers correspond to our 2010-11 brochure.
Important: Lessons always start at the meeting point. We recommend meeting your instructor either at the lift station at the base of the mountain or on the piste.
No. 1 Valley Station, Mt. Titlis - in front of Intersport Shop Titlis Rent at 1000m altitude.
Meeting point of group lessons for all youth and adults.
is served by all free buses and is the most suitable meeting point for the first meeting with your ski instructor. From here you can take bus number 3 or 5 to Klostermatte-Brunni in case the snow conditions are better there.
No. 2 Gerschni Ritz, on the Restaurant Terrace at 1300m altitude.
can only be reached by gondola (get off at middle station) or the Gerschni funicular. The ride takes approximately 5 minutes. Afterwards an easy trail leads through the woods to the bottom station of the drag lift. If this trail hasn't been prepared or if you're a beginner, there's a shuttle bus, which takes you straight to Café Ritz for a minimal charge of CHF 2.00 per journey.
No. 3 Trübsee Station, in front of Hotel Trübseehof, at the wall-mounted Omega Watch at 1800m altitude.
can be reached from Engelberg by gondola (top station) in approx. 25 minutes. It's also an excellent meeting point when several members of a larger group or family want to meet at a central point in the ski area. The Trübsee beginners area is very close. Advanced skiers can continue from here to Stand, Titlis or to Jochpass by taking the Trübsee-Hopper.
No. 4 Jochpass Station, at the sign post by the exit Engstlenalp - Chair lifts at 2207m altitude
if you ski already on the Jochpass side you can meet there directly for your afternoon lesson.
Also ideal to meet to your instructor after a cosy lunch at the Jochpass-Stübli (served mountain hut).
Nr. 5 Klostermatte, at the stairs by the beginners moving carpet on 1000m altitude
(Will be found on your navigation help, GPS under bottom station Brunnibahn, Wydenstrasse 55, CH-6390 Engelberg.)
ideal for families and beginner. It is easy to reach as a pedestrian and very nice to go for small walk on snow. The new cable car towards Brunni is right next to the beginner area of Klostermatte.
Nr. 6 Brunni Ristis, Yeti Park (entrance) on 1606m altitude
If you are already on the Brunni side, you can meet and hold your lesson right there too.
The parents or friends of you, can enjoy the sunny balcony of the restaurants Ristis or on SAC Brunnihütte .
Nr. 7 Activity center, at the train station Engelberg on 1000m altitude

Our ski school and mountain guides office, so called "Activity center" is located right next to the train station of Engelberg.
This meeting point is ideal for guests who arrive with the train and would like to meet their instructor at the office.
From here you can take any bus, either to the bottom station of Titlis or Brunni.
